• Service providers: We share information with third-party vendors who help us operate our services, including Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Google (mapping services). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and are prohibited from using your data for purposes other than providing services to us.
• QuickBooks integration: If you connect your QuickBooks account, data is shared with Intuit in accordance with your authorization and Intuit's privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted on AWS. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies, and regular automated backups.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation or export, after which it may be deleted from our active systems. Backup copies may persist for an additional period consistent with our backup retention schedule.
